Prawn + Chorizo Skewers

Prawns are a must for Christmas lunch! Wow your guests this year with this delicious recipe from Jesse Lou!

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
 
INGREDIENTS
24 green prawns,
peeled 2 chorizo, sliced
3 tablespoons Zhug marinade (ground green chilli + coriander)
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon, cut into thin wedges
Handful fresh parsley for garnish 1 pack Wheel + Barrow skewers, soaked

Skewer the prawns and chorizo onto presoaked skewers, alternating as you please

Mix together the zhug and oil to make the marinade

Brush your marinade onto your skewers ready to add to the hot grill

Grill over a medium heat for 4 minutes, turning as you go, until just cooked through

Serve on a platter, sprinkled with fresh parsley and lemon. Yum!
