1 Tbsp cashew or almond butter (Freshly made in store, check with your nearest store)
1/4 tsp organic vanilla bean powder
2 Tbsp organic maple syrup (to taste)
1 Tbsp organic blackstrap molasses
pinch of fine Celtic sea salt
Topping:
ginger toasted coconut chips
Australian insecticide free raw walnuts
drizzle of organic maple syrup
Gingerbread spice:
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves and nutmeg
