Christmas Rocky Road Bark

Rock around the Christmas tree with this delicious Christmas Rocky Road recipe!

Entertaining | Serves 8
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes Setting Time: 60 minutes
 
INGREDIENTS:
200g milk chocolate
200g white chocolate
200g Coconut Toasted Marshmallows
100g Turkish delight
100g crushed pistachios
Handful flaked coconuts to top
 
METHOD:

Place the milk and white chocolate in separate microwave-safe bowls. Microwave the white chocolate bowl
on Medium, stirring every minute, for 2-3 minutes or until melted and smooth. Set aside. Repeat with the milk
chocolate bowl and then set aside. Line a baking tray with baking paper allowing some excess to fall over the sides of the pan for easy lifting.

Alternating chocolates, drizzle half of each bowl into the baking tray, swirling and then using a tip of a
toothpick to swirl for a marbling effect.

Sprinkling in the chopped marshmallows, turkish delight, pistachios

Repeat until you achieve a thin layer of marbled chocolate ready to decorate.

Now sprinkle evenly across the chocolate the delicious chunks of marshmallows, turkish delight and
pistachios.

Pop into a fridge for an hour or until set.
