Join Carmel Carmichael & Ebony incentre for easy to create Easter entertaining food ideas & sampling with all ingredients available only at Brickworks.

Inspiration to create your own antipasto platter at home
  • Create a platter using selection of Olives, camembert with honey, pesto dip, stuffed mini capsicums, salami, crackers, cheese and raspberries plus a selection of appetizers to give it volume.
  • Appetizer 1 - Grilled peach honey ricotta baguette with crispy pancetta, balsamic and mint
  • Appetizer 2 - Pear, brie, rocket, prosciutto and balsamic rolls
Main – Barramundi with QLD prawns ad creamy saffron sauce
Dessert – Toasted hot cross Bun with ice cream and butterscotch sauce
