Making the Most of the Mango

Mango season is upon us and if you’ve become bored of getting your face dirty while trying to bite the tricky little squares away from the skin, never fear. We’ve scoped out a seriously fresh way to make the most of the mango while it’s still in season, thanks to Vitality Nutrition.

RAW MANGO CHIA PUDDING CRUNCH

Base
2 tbsp. of Chia seeds
¾ Coconut water or cashew milk
1 tbsp of Vitality Nutriton Coconut Protein Powder (from Vitality Nutrition)
Half a mango (from The Standard Market Co.) for each serving

Topping
Vitality Nutrition Muesli Mix
Raw shredded coconut
Cinnamon
Cashew Milk
Some extra mango for topping

Method
Place chia seeds in a glass, jar or small bowl
Add 1/2 – 1 scoop of Coconut Protein Blend
Add coconut water or nut milk
Add chopped mango and stir until all the chia seeds are soaked
In 5-10min the chia seeds will swell and thicken into a pudding consistency (stir a few times)
When fully set top with Raw Protein Muesli Mix
